I retired from being Administrator of Colorado Early Colleges in June 2018. I’m still active in education issues that are strategic and entrepreneurial. As an Executive consultant, I continue working for Colorado Early Colleges. Higher education, in particular, needs change. It is not meeting the job demands of the workplace. Students desire challenging educational opportunities that lead to degrees where there are jobs. I am working on a three-year plan for students to earn a bachelor’s degree for FREE at Colorado Early Colleges. The degrees focus on the job clusters were there are employment opportunities. It is a tragedy that last year’s bachelor’s degree graduates, averaged $29,200 in student loan debt, a new record. This proposal allows students to graduate with no college debt.
