King Elected Majority Leader
November,
2002
On
November 7, 2002, two days after the general election,
the Republican Caucus of the House voted on who they
wanted in leadership for the next two years. It was
my honor to be elected Majority Leader of the House.
I believe this office is especially important this next
session when the House Senate and Governor are all controlled
by Republicans. This gives us an opportunity to concentrate
on that legislation that will be most beneficial to
all the citizens of the state of Colorado.
