Effective
Leadership

Republican
King's fingerprints are on a lot of big bills, including
those addressing education, growth and tax cuts. He
sits on key committees, meaning colleagues often need
his support to get a measure passed. This year he is
looking to make some significant changes to the Colorado
Student Assessment Program, so the state is better able
to track student performance. He is in line to be majority
leader in 2003. |
