1129, sponsored by Representative Keith King allows
coaches to reserve places for students who are enrolled
in the school district sponsoring the activity. King
said it is a fairness issue. "District 12 picks
up the costs of coaches, fields, uniforms, travel and
other costs. Since the district and its taxpayers incur
most of the costs, students from that district should
have priority." King said |
